The powerful, heartbreaking and uplifting stories of the second 6 x 1 hour season have been written by Leah Purcell, Wayne Blair, John Bell, Adrian Russell Wills and the AACTA Award winning Steven McGregor and are directed by Wayne Blair, Adrian Russell Wills, Beck Cole, Leah Purcell and Australian Director’s Guild Award winning director Rachel Perkins (Pretty Boy Blue).
Season one characters returning are those portrayed by Wayne Blair, this year’s Most Outstanding Actress Logie winner Deborah Mailman, Ursula Yovich, Tessa Rose, Marley Sharp, Bruce Carter, Richard Green, Ewen Leslie, Lisa Flanagan, Stephen Curry, Dean Daley-Jones, Rarriwuy Hick, Aaron McGrath, and the AACTA Award winning Leah Purcell.
